I gotta admit, I thought I had a strong paradigm shift but I’ve seen @CubaFit get into her zone and when she’s locked in with her tunnel vision she’s unstoppable. I’m proud of her accomplishments this year after competing back to back in three shows for her NPC debut. I’m actually inspired by her going into my next show in 11 weeks. We are almost done with week 1 of #Dmotiv8orChallenge where #Believing is half the battle. As you can see I’ve taken a million before, during and after #Selfies because I knew I was going to be a #Winner. There was no doubt in my mind. I just needed to get educated on the process to get it done

After hiring help for my meal and workout plan, it was only a matter of execution at that point. I stayed consistent, built good habits and most importantly never gave up

.

I’m human just like the rest of you. I have my rough and tiring days where instead of seeing what’s ahead in the future I couldn’t see past the next 3 minutes. However, building good #habits got me over the hump. This is why I stress that you stay #strong the first two weeks at least. You will see #results. Build #momentum and instill great habits in you. From there you’ll be addicted to #success and it will be the only thing you know

I am LOOOOOOOOVING the activity on the #Dmotiv8orchallenge hashtag. People are prepping meals, taking their pics and getting their workouts in. There’s been a few folks that has taken advantage of the meal and workout plans that @empowerhousefitness and I have available for those that doesn’t know how to get started or those who are looking to break their plateau with our #CustomPlans

I’m excited to see the lives that are about to change. Now the reason for this #repost again is because we all are very pumped in the beginning of getting fit and healthy, however there are phases we go through In the process that causes us to fail. my #Challenge for you this week is #STAYSTRONG and gain that momentum

Everyone is enthused to Beware of the typical first “3 Phases of trying to get fit”

Phase 1 —- At first you have a crazy adrenaline rush where you feel that this is it; this is the time where you get fit and there’s no turning back

.

Phase 2 —- You weren’t 100% with training and nutrition, so you’re convincing yourself and others that you can still get through this

.

Phase 3 —- You give in to the “Craving” and all hell break loose. 😩😩😩😩😩😩 LOL

Whatever you do, try to avoid phase 3 at all cost. LOL. Trust me you’ll end up back to phase one again when it’s a wedding, bday, spring break, or new year coming up. Seriously shift your “PARADIGM” and get it done for real this time. 😉 (at 📧Motiv8ingFitness@Gmail.com📧)
